1. Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation email?

If you do not receive our order confirmation email, please check your SPAM mailbox just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

2. How can I cancel my order or replace an item in my cart with other product?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

3. How long will I get the tracking number, and then, my parcel?

You can expect the processing time of 10 – 14 business days to receive your tracking number. Your made-to-order blanket will be hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility to DHL carrier.  

Estimated shipping time will be 3 – 5 days via DHL Shipping.

4. Do you sell fabric or quilt patterns?

Our store is selling finished blankets only. Fabric and quilt patterns are currently unavailable.
